I think the most ridiculus point in this video is when the kid working the camera is made to lay on the ground. He never addressed the officer disrespectfully; he called him 'sir' throughout the video. He was simply asking why his friends were being arrested, and he got treated like a criminal. However, I agree with some of the other comments on here, the editing does make this look worse than it may or may not be. In other videos, released later, there is a picture of the fist kid being choked by the officer.... There's no deneying that proof. A kid mouthing off a cop does not deserve to have that much force used on him. Nobody does. That's absolutely horrible. Any way you look at it, though, this cop does not deserve to be a law enforcement officer. He is making other responsible and civil officers who are trying to protect the public look like the enemy. But, as a sidenote that isn't all gloomy and indignant, that kid that ran, holy crap! Did he ever book it! XD

I don't understand why cities have such a problem with teenage skaters. Would they rather the teens were defacing property and doing lines? What they don't understand is when they take away skate boarding as an outlet, they encourage the teens to turn to destructive activities as a way to blow off steam.
i think that in my experiences the more people in the group the more the police want to arrest them there have been times where stuff has happened and no board was in my hand and no punishment but when there was the worst available punishment was given i was stopped by a cop at 11 one time while being 50 yards away from my house and b/c there was a board in my hand and 2 other friends we had to have a guardian take us home and the next night 3 kids were walking younger than us at 12:15 and cops strolled right by them
