        DEAR KATE,
UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS “NOTHING” YOU OR ANYONE ELSE CAN DO, SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
WHEN G.W.BUSH CREATED THE “ALMIGHTY HOMELAND SECURITY”,THAT PRETTY MUCH DID IT.
SO, START YOUR RESEARCH AT THAT POINT.YOU WILL SAVE TONS OF PAPER AND LIGHT YEARS OF “HELP” THAT YOU WANT TO DO THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN…………….
        ……………………………………..ACC.

I am doing a research project on police brutality and this is helping me a whole lot. thanks for putting this up here.

This is partly accurate. In cities like Chicago and New York, it is almost impossible to win in court no matter what the cop did. Therefore, the above is misleading. Those states above actually hold the bad cops accountable.

  6. I am doing a project with community leaders and found this site to be useful. Thanks DB
