Baltimore police officer takes down a 14-year-old boy after yelling him out for skateboarding. He told the boy and his friends that they are not allowed to skate there, but after the boy saying that he didn’t hear him, the police officer freaks out and takes down the boy while holding hard around his throat and pushing him brutally to the ground several times. He also takes the skateboard from the boy that is sitting on the ground telling over and over again that he didn’t do anything. Police officer screams at him and just continues to humiliate the boy.
