The police in Serbia is known as very cruel, especially when it comes to protests against the government. On this tape you can see how badly a student is beaten by 8 police officers. Their motive for the beating was not  because they wanted to arrest or stop him from demonstrating, it is only one reason they did it: cold-blooded police violence.
