SWAT Team Burn Innocent Man To Death

A very unsuccessful raid was done by the California SWAT team when they tried to scare a man from coming out of his house.

The man, Rogelio Serrato, was completely unarmed, but still the SWAT team threw a flash-bang stun grenade into his home in Greenfield, California.

They were expecting for him to run out of the house, instead he came out carried in a body bag, killed by the grenade.

The whole house stood in flames and burnt up completely.

Attorneys have now filed a civil rights lawsuit against the SWAT team and the officers involved.

The reason the team attacked him was because Serrato was a suspect in a shooting case few days later, but the attorneys found out that he wasn’t even involved.

Obviously the SWAT team didn’t check the information, and now a young father is killed because of their decision to bomb his house to make him get out.

Where is the logic in that?

Why is it that you don’t post any links on this?

I’ve already asked you if you would post the link of a previous article, but I was ignored… I’m not talking about any “luxury”. Its just a link…

I hope that you can attend this simple request.

    Thanks in advance,

I’m here because I’m reacting to the most recent police killing that I’ve heard of that happened in San Fransisco, where a homeless man threw a knife and was shot and killed. I am debating the necessity of this with two cops in the comment section on a Mission Local post about the subject. I encourage everyone to get involved.

This type of horseshit just begs for somebody to throw a bomb into a police station. If it happens, they will have brought it upon themselves many times over…..

The SWAT team is not an investigative body. They’re just a tool used by police forces. The failure of investigators to sort out the mistake in identification is on the officers investigating that shooting in the first place. Fires being caused by flash bangs and tear gas grenades is pretty common and these devices probably should be rethought as a means of extracting suspects as they can present a potentially fatal threat. Personally, I am very suspicious of the growing militarization of domestic police forces but your inflammatory descriptions, improper use of grammar, and your lack of basic law enforcement knowledge really illustrates that yours is a less than legitimate source of news or information. It’s kind of like hearing a story from a guy at the bar who watched CNN without the
sound on but watched the scroll bar.
