During a traffic stop outside a house in Rochester NY, a woman and also the owner of the property goes out and films what’s going on. She stands in her front yard, filming how the police is doing their job with one guy they stopped for some reason, maybe speeding.

When the police officer is seeing her holding a camera he orders her to go back into her house. He says that he is not feeling safe when she is standing next to them, which she wasn’t. She doesn’t understand why she can’t stand in her front yard, her own property.

The police officer gets angry with her and starts threatening with the fact that she is going to jail, so she better turn around and go inside the house.

The lady refuses but you can hear she is afraid because the officer is stepping towards her as she is backing off saying:

“I don’t understand why you want to arrest me, I haven’t done anything wrong, or haven’t said anything to offend you!”.

The police officer pulls out the handcuffs and takes the woman to the police car while she cries in confusion. You can hear a witness say: “I’m a witness and she didn’t do anything.” USA should not be a country where freedom is just an illusion.

there aren’t enough police to hold down our Rights.

This is deeply disturbing. You should consider always including a phone number for the cops public relations officer so people all over the country can call and express their outrage.

I emailed the Rochester police chief. This is what I said.

“I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism that a few select officers have displayed recently. You may already have seen this footage of one of your officers desecrating the First Amendment rights of this young woman.

The above link is the video in question.

I will say this only once

We the People will not stand for this hypocritical system that has been chipping away at our personal liberties and freedoms. You as police are the ‘Enforcers’ not the ‘Deciders’. You cannot and from this point forward WILL NOT take it upon yourselves to degrade us any further by threatening us with unjustified arrests or seizure of our media equipment. We are the many, you are the few. Remember that fact. This Country was founded on the principals of equality, liberty, and the right to overthrow the corrupt. Most police walk on the very very fine line of corruption as if it’s their job, and We will not sit idly by and watch this country turn to HORSE SHIT anymore. We will keep our cameras rolling, because it is these cameras that will ensure the honesty and complete professionalism of your officers. It is not illegal to videotape in a public area, it will never be illegal, and renegade insecure police will not assert their flawed and semi-retarded fictional laws anymore. We know our rights and we will exercise those rights EVERY DAY, so they don’t become flaccid and meaningless to us like they have become to some of your officers.

We pay your salary, and We expect to be treated with RESPECT. Anything otherwise is a degradation of our character, and will not be tolerated.

    -Adam”

    I don’t understand.
The woman was not doing anything that appeared illegal, was on her own prooperty and did not interfere or even interact with the police until they came on to her property and initiated interaction.

Don’t police need probable cause or a warrant to come on to your property?

Is it illegal to record police in public in NY?

Are there any civil rights lawyers left in Amerika?

If police are allowed to use arrest as a threat and deterrent to stop people from doing what they don’t like, not what is illegal, isn’t this a problem?

Does anyone know what the law says about citizens standing firm against a blatantly wrong and or abusive police person? What if a crowd had stepped up and prevented a cop from arresting the woman who was filming in her own yard? What if an abusive cop was subdued and held until other officials arrived? Does anyone know?

No it is not illegal to video a police office making an arrest. It is your right to video and they can not do any thing about it.. It is your right..

My wife Joan Wagar was poisoning me while she was having an affair with a cop.
My wife recruited our daughters into this our daughters pretended nothings wrong when my wife poisoned me and they were hiding my wife’s affair from me.

My wife’s lover the cop Eric Carlson and his bro’s in law enforcement made sure I could not get help from 911 or from a hospital.
Eric Carlson’s partner would speak with my doctor in the hallway and label me as a bad guy repeatedly until the doctor got the hint to shut up about me being poisoned.

Three family members died during my wife’s use of pills and antifreeze as poison and police covered up my emergency visits to the hospital and my 911 calls.

I was so badly poisoned I was just stuck, at home, at their mercy, with no one to turn to for help.

Eric Carlson and his bro’s were framing me for their crimes and they were using Eric Carlson as a photo double to frame me as a pedo and they framed me over a murder by using Eric Carlson as a double.

My wife Joan Wagar’s coworkers knew my wife was poisoning me and that her lover Eric Carlson was framing me by acting as a double, Joan Wagar’s coworkers nick named Eric Carlson and Joan Wagar Doubleclick and Mrs Dash, and Eric Carlson and Joan Wagar used those nick names in their love letters.

I was a plasma donor when they were poisoning me.

It’s time to realize this country is not the same as it used to be. No longer is freedom of speech respected, no longer do our civil servants act with integrity and honesty. It seems the on going theme in the police departments every where is “us against them”, where anyone not in uniform is looked at as “subhuman”. Why is this attitude becoming more and more apparent? It’s almost as if this behavior is encouraged on some level. The police are just one factor of this all to real trend. We seem to be moving towards a tyrannical, oppressive governmental system which has been inducted by systematically installing fear to take our liberties one by one and all I keep hearing is, no that’s a conspiracy, no that’ll never happen, well IT IS happening little by little, now, every day.
